The most common reason for installation failure is the program is running while performing the upgrade installation. The solution is simple: Quit PhotoWatermark Professional before performing the installation. In rare occasion, PhotoWatermark Professional may still be running even it looks like not running. You can reboot your machine and immediately run the installation after reboot.
